BLOG – Looking back over the Summer

For us farm workers it seems like a long summer, a hot one for most of the time so there’s been some extra work involved keeping animals cool!

Its been a great one though! We’ve all thoroughly enjoyed Festival on the Farm and can’t wait to plan even bigger and better for next year. The best feedback we’ve had has been around Messy Play and the Kid’s Disco, but everything gets a mention, pony grooming is always popular and there’s been a fair few clowns trying their hand at circus skills.  Let us know what you’d like to see next year and who knows, it might just happen.

We’ve seen Delores our prize pig deliver 6 beautiful piglets this summer too and that always brings joy, along with lots of baby rabbits and chicks and of all shapes and sizes.  We hope you’ve been able to make loads of special memories this summer with us and enjoy it as much as we have.  For these last few days and into the first week of standard term we are running “Play Dates with Class Mates” which might just be for you if your little one is just about to start school, see the rest of the news section for more details.  We’ve seen a huge uptake on our spring back offer, plus have helped many families with our rainy day guarantee too, our aim is always to provide great value for money, hassle free.

After this weekend we are on to setting up for Halloween Half Term, the excitement never ends here and its busy, busy, busy.

We can’t wait to see you all again soon, and look forward to seeing all the first day of school pictures.
