Easter Fun at Godstone Farm
We look forward to welcoming you to our Easter Eggstravaganza at Godstone Farm. The two weeks of the Easter holidays are going to be jam-packed full of egg-cellent activities for you and if you are lucky enough to have broken up from school already – the fun has already started!
Bubbles the bunny and Shelly the sheep are super excited that they will be out and about on the farm on the run up to and over the Easter holidays, they love to meet all the boys and girls to say hello to them, or even give them a sneaky high five or fist bump. You will be able to find them on the Main Barn Lawn or you may spot them round and about on the farm.
Spring being here also means it is time for our piglets to try their hand trotters at the Hog’stacle, watch them scramble over obstacles and cheer them on as they trot to the end of the course.
Crafts and Messy Play will take place in Rabbit Barn during the morning and then again in the afternoon, it will be a hive of creativity with the opportunity to create your own Easter bonnet, get messy with carrot painting and explore making colourful dough pictures.
Learn how to card wool during timed sessions at the top barn and also visit our farmers in Main Barn to learn more about lambs and lambing, you will be able to spot quite a few lambs out and about on the farm, the first born group of lambs can now be found gamboling around in the field and we will have tiny newborns in the main barn. What a beautiful sight to see – and hear – on a spring day!
Join us at the races and cheer on your rubber duck, learn how to braid a pony and join in with family fun races!
All this PLUS our usual activities will be guaranteed to fill your day with fun!
Book your place on a tractor ride, investigate the woodland, get creative in one of the sandpits or just run around and enjoy the huge outside play area or indoor soft play. Enjoy Wiglet’s play village and the Dino Trail and don’t forget all our furry and feathered – and scaly – friends around the farm!
Visit the Tea Room for lunch or enjoy a picnic if the weather does what we want it to and have a wonderful day!
