Happy New Year!
Happy New Year
Happy New Year to you all, let’s hope 2019 is a great year for everyone!
Just a reminder that we are open all year round! Many places close for the winter, but as a working farm, we stay open and whatever the weather we have enough to keep you – and the kids – entertained all day.
It has been proven that being outside is important for our health and well-being – that’s us and the kids! Get out in the fresh air, blast away those winter blues and lift your spirits with the exercise you will get from exploring the farm and getting to know all the animals. We’ve got sheep, goats, pigs, cows, horses, donkeys, Shetland ponies, llamas, alpacas, chipmunks, chinchillas, rabbits, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, a variety of birds and many more creatures, big and small.
Once you’ve had your fresh air quota and want to warm up a little, cosy up and make friends with our fluffy and furry friends in animal holding. You can then refuel in our Tea Rooms or let the kids let off some steam in our huge indoor Playbarn. We have soft play in here to satisfy even the most energetic youngsters – they can crawl, climb, slide, jump and hide in a completely safe environment.
We’ve also got Wiglet’s Play Village for some fun pretend play, your little ones can be vets, work in a cafe or get creative in the construction zone.
We pride ourselves on excellent value for money, all areas of the farm are included in your entrance fee and we are open during the winter from 10am until 4.45pm. So it’s access all areas and it’s all about FUN!
During January and February 2019 we do have a few days where we need to close for maintenance. These dates are Tuesday 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th January and Tuesday 5th, 12th and 26th February, so pop them in your diary.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
