When it comes to entertaining the kids, there’s literally nothing for you to do. Apart from persuading them to sleep (shouldn’t be too hard after the busy day they’ve had!).
Every camper gets full access to our farm park experience for all three days of the visit, plus your children will be enrolled in our campers’ exclusive Kidz Club too.

I am staying with friends, can our tents be pitched together?
Yes, please ensure that you and your friends arrive at the farm at the same time to be pitched together during your stay.
Do I need to bring my own tent?
Yes, you do need to bring your own tent. A maximum size tent is a 8-man tent, and we are unable to accommodate motor homes or other vehicles.
Is there access to power/electricity at the campsite?
Unfortunately not, there is no access to power or electricity at the campsite.
Can I bring my own BBQ?
No, BBQ’s or open fires are prohibited.
- The camping package is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- This event requires a minimum number of campers. Godstone Farm reserve the right to cancel the event any time but will endeavour to give as much notice as is reasonably possible. If Godstone Farm cancel the event then a full refund will be given.
- Godstone Farm accepts no responsibility to loss or damaged items during your stay.
- Godstone Farm reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
- Godstone Farm reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and Godstone Farm staff reserve the right to ask people to leave at any time.
- Godstone Farm reserve the right to ask for ID when selling alcohol.
- Should a national lockdown, local lockdown or tier restrictions be introduced then Godstone Farm will make the necessary arrangements to adhere to all government guidance. Your booking may be rescheduled to a future date if this is necessary to comply with guidance.
- Occupation of the pitch is at the time of Check In.
- Pitches must be vacated by 11am on your departure date of your stay. You can remain on site until the farm closes.
- Pitches have a maximum capacity of 8 people; only the number of people specified in the booking are allowed to stay on the pitch.
- Camping guests must wear the wristbands provided at all times to allow access into the farm and camping area.
- Pitches are allocated on a first come first served basis on arrival.
- One car per pitch is allowed on the camping site at any one time for loading or unloading purposes. Cars must be parked in the main car park for the duration of your stay, maximum speed limit 5mph.
- Tents & equipment must not go over the individual laid out pitch area.
- Each pitch is responsible for their own care and wellbeing.
- All pitches are without electricity.
- Attendees must be able to erect and take down their tents without assistance.
- Dogs are not allowed on site with the exception of guide & service dogs.
- All equipment needed for camping including tent, bedding, towels etc must be campers own.
- Showers are not provided.
- BBQs & open fires are prohibited.
- Please do not leave valuables in your tents unattended.
- Refrigeration facilities are not provided.
- Day guests are not permitted into the camping area.
- Access to the farm after hours is limited to organised activity times only.
- Pitches must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided.
- Please leave the toilet facilities clean and tidy after use.
- Please keep noise to a minimum in the morning and late evenings. Please respect our neighbours and other campers and keep lights out at dark. Quiet time is from 10pm – 6am.
- Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour at all times.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent when using the toilet facilities and taking part in all activities.
- The campsite is a no smoking area. A designated smoking point will be provided.
- Alcohol can be consumed on site but must be drunk responsibly. Anyone under the age of 18 found drinking will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- Godstone Farm has a no tolerance to drugs policy. If suspected or caught with any form of illegal substances, you and your group will be asked to leave Godstone Farm immediately.
- During your Big Farm Sleepover stay – 2 main meals with desserts & 2 breakfasts per person are included. Lunches and other food will need to be provided and will need to be purchased separately at our retail outlets or brought onsite on arrival.
- A limited range of soft drinks & hot drinks are provided at main meal times & breakfast times. All other drinks must be purchased from our retail outlets or brought onsite on arrival.
- Alcohol will be available to purchase at dinner time for people aged 18 and over.
- The returning campers discount is only valid for those who have previously camped with us. If you have not previously camped with us, you will be required to purchase a full priced ticket.
- The returning campers discount must be applied at the time of booking. No refunds will be given if the discount is not applied at the time of booking.
- If you have been recommended by a friend, please ensure to state the name of the referrer during your booking journey. Please note the name of the referrer must match the name of a booking from the previous year/s.
- Referrers must be stated at the time of booking; this cannot be amended at a later date.
- If taking part in the recommend a friend scheme, both the referrer and referee must book a pitch for 2025.
- The recommend a friend offer is only valid when referring new campers, those who have camped with us previously will not qualify.
- If taking part in the recommend a friend scheme, the new camper (‘referee’) must purchase camping tickets at full price to qualify.
- There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer, however each referee can only state 1 referrer.
- If taking part in the recommend a friend scheme, the £50 voucher will only be allocated once both the referrer and referee bookings have been paid in full. Vouchers will be given as part of your welcome pack upon checking into our campsite.
- If you have camped with us prior to 2022 and are recommending a friend, you may be required to provide proof of your previous camping booking.
- If you have recommended a friend, one £50 voucher will be given per referred booking. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘booking’ in this case means a transaction including a camping pitch and all applicable persons; the voucher offer is not per pitch or per person.
- Godstone Farm reserves the right to withdraw any vouchers if we suspect that the scheme is being manipulated or not being used in good faith.
- The recommend a friend scheme is granted at our discretion, and we reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
