Online Ticket Terms and Conditions

  1.  Your Commitment to us
    When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Godstone Farm Limited and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Godstone Farm Limited for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received there is a binding contract between us.

  1.  Prices
    The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Godstone Farm Limited website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. There are no surcharges and once you have paid we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

  1.  Online Security
    To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet.
  2.  Limitation of Liability
    Godstone Farm Limited total liability for in contract, tort, (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The Limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Godstone Farm Limited will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation internet and communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

5. Severance
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

6. Online Tickets Terms & Conditions of Use

  • No refunds are given once Godstone Farm Limited Ticket has been purchased. Tickets are non transferable.
  • Tickets purchased online may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotions or vouchers.
  • Online tickets cannot be used in relation to any Godstone Farm Limited group booking, birthday party or Farmer Experience.
  • Carers must be over 16 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who holds the disability. Farm Entry Carers tickets can only be used in conjunction with an Adult, Child aged 2-16 or Child Under 2 years Farm Entry ticket. Farm Entry Carers cannot be used in conjunction with any free tickets. For the avoidance of doubt, the person with a disability requires a paid ticket to be entitled to a free carer.
  • During peak periods we may operate timed sessions within the Indoor Play Barn.
  • Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made in person. Limited discounts are available on the Entrance Gate. Please see FAQs for more information.
  • Booking in advance by online, ensures our best price guarantee
  • Entry is only permissible when the Godstone Farm Limited Ticket is presented or the Booking Reference Number is given on entry.
  • All persons covered by the Godstone Farm Limited Ticket must enter the attraction at the same time or have a copy of the online ticket when entering Godstone Farm Limited.
  • Tickets purchased online are only valid for the date range for which they were purchased.
  • Management reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason.
  • No Godstone Farm Limited Ticket may be resold.
  • If the Godstone Farm Limited Ticket/Booking Reference Number is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.

7. Other Terms and Conditions

  • Any queries should be put in writing to the Visitor Experience Team at Godstone Farm Limited, Tilburstow Hill Road, Godstone, Surrey, RH98LX or emailed to havefun@godstonefarm.co.uk
  •  All email address used with this system will be added to our emailing system but never passed onto any other company or 3rd party.
  • No dogs or pets are admitted except for fully registered assistance dogs in a harness. Godstone Farm reserve the right to ask for proof.
  • Guests are reminded that for technical operational , weather or other reasons any attraction or facility may be altered, changed, closed, removed or otherwise unavailable without prior notice. Godstone Farm Limited reserves the rights to change programmes of attractions and facilities as necessary.
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children’s behaviour at all times.
  • Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision.
  • Appropriate clothing and foot wear must be worn to the farm, tops are to be kept on at all times.
  • Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and Godstone Farm staff reserve the right to ask people to leave at any time
  • Alcohol can be consumed on site but must be drunk responsibly. Anyone under the age of 18 found drinking will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
  • Godstone Farm has a no tolerance to drugs policy. If suspected or caught with any form of illegal substances, you and your group will be asked to leave Godstone Farm immediately.

Winter Pass Terms and Conditions 

 

  • Pre School Pass bookings are valid for visits during weekdays term time only between 1st October 2024 and 31st March 2025 only. They are not valid during the following dates: October 26th 2024 – November 3rd 2024, December 20th 2024 – January 5th 2025 and February 15th 2025 – February 23rd 2025.  
  • Winter Warmer Pass bookings are valid for visits between 1st November 2024 and 31st March 2025 only. 
  • For the avoidance of doubt a Winter Pass bookings does not include access to additional events, experiences, or activities at the farm that carry an extra charge.  
  • For Winter Pass holders (Winter Warmers and Pre-Schooler passes) visiting us during our After School Ticket hours (3.30pm – 5:45pm) free entry will only be covered for those named and pictured on the pass. Any additional attendees (both Adults and Children) will require a paid ticket. After School Free Adults are only granted alongside an After School Child ticket.  
  • The Winter Warmer provides standard unlimited entry.  
  • The Pre-schooler pass provides standard entry weekdays, term time ONLY. To avoid any doubt, if you have a preschooler pass you will not be given access to the farm under this scheme on weekends & school holidays.  
  • Preschooler passes can only be purchased for a child aged 0 – 5 years old. Children aged 6 + will need a Winter Warmer pass.  
  • Winter Pass bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.  
  • For Winter Warmers, Adult and children are named on the pass for this scheme and therefore ONLY the named and pictured holder may gain entry. Any abuse of the scheme will not be tolerated, and the pass(es) may be confiscated without refund.  
  • For the Preschooler Pass the child is named on the pass for this scheme and therefore ONLY the named and pictured child may gain entry. This pass DOES include a FREE adult entry, this can be any adult. Any abuse of the scheme will not be tolerated, and the pass(es) may be confiscated without refund. Free adult entry is only given when accompanying a paid child passholder.  
  • Winter Warmer Carers can only be used in conjunction with a Winter Warmer Adult or Child. Winter Warmer Carers cannot be used in conjunction with a Pre-Schooler pass as these are two different schemes. Similarly Farm Entry Carers cannot be used in conjunction with a Pre-Schooler Pass.  
  • The purchase date is NOT the start date. Pre Schooler Passes are valid from the 1st October 2024 and Winter Warmers are valid from the 1st November 2024.  
  • Pre-Schooler Passes purchased between 16th September 2024 – 30th September 2024 will have complimentary additional validity from the purchase date. This additional validity is discretionary and does not carry any additional value.  
  • Payment for all Winter Passes will need to be made in full at time of purchase. We do not offer a payment plan or direct debit scheme at this time.  
  • If you are a previous Pre-Schooler Pass holder and making use of the £10 off offer, the code will only be valid against Pre-Schooler Pass bookings, and can only be redeemed once. Once your code has been used, no replacement code will be issued. You must receive your code from us first before completing the booking, if you complete a Pre-Schooler Pass booking before the code has been issued to you, a refund will not be provided. 
  • Winter Warmer pass holders are entitled to a discount on Father Christmas Day Visit bookings, this discount is not valid on SEND/Dusk bookings. You must email havefun@godstonefarm.co.uk to claim your discount code. If you have already booked a Father Christmas visit no refunds will be provided. Adults will need to pay on the day to upgrade to the Christmas Show.  
  • The discount is only valid against bookings for Winter Warmers pass holders. Those that do not hold a pass will require a full priced Father Christmas ticket.  
  • During the period of validity, Godstone Farm may limit access to some areas of the farm due to building works. Wherever possible we will minimise disruption to your experience, however for reasons of safety it may be necessary for us to close or re-route pathways or restrict access to certain areas of the farm.  
  • The farm reserves the right to close for essential maintenance or for extreme weather. If this occurs, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. In cases of closure for essential maintenance a partial refund or voucher alternative will only be offered if the closed period extends to one week or more. In cases of extreme weather, no alternative will be offered as these circumstances are out of our control.  
  • Should government restrictions be introduced that enforce the farm to close a voucher will be issued for the pro-rata value of the time that is missed. Should restrictions allow the farm to operate with a reduced offering then no refund or voucher alternative shall be offered. 

Meerkat Experience Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum age — 6 years.
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult for the duration of the experience.
  • Accompanying guests may watch from outside of the enclosure.
  • For this experience you will need to wear trousers and closed toe shoes.
  • Bookings must be made 2 weeks or more in advance.
  • Experience not suitable to anyone allergic to animal fur, dust or animal bedding such as hay and straw.
  • Allergies of the child or accompanying adults must be declared during the booking journey.
  • Meerkats will be provided live food during this experience, such as mealworms.
  • We apologise wheelchair users will be unable to enter the Meerkat Enclosure.
  • Fee includes entry into Godstone Farm.
  • If those participating in the experience do not follow the instructions provided by our team, the experience will end immediately.
  • The welfare of our animals is paramount therefore we reserve the right to cancel the experience at any time.
  • The time slot selected is for your Meerkat Experience, therefore you are welcome to arrive anytime from 9.30am on the day of your visit.
  • A maximum of 2 people can participate in this experience at any one time from the same party.
  • Party deals cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and no additional discounts will be added.

Pig Experience Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum age — 6 years.
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult for the duration of the experience.
  • Everyone attending must have a ticket for the experience.
  • For this experience you will need to wear the appropriate footwear i.e. wellies or boots.
  • Bookings must be made 2 weeks or more in advance.
  • Experience not suitable to anyone allergic to animal fur, dust or animal bedding such as hay and straw.
  • A maximum of 3 people can participate per time slot.
  • Allergies of the child or accompanying adults must be declared during the booking journey.
  • We apologise wheelchair users will be unable to enter the enclosures.
  • Fee includes entry into Godstone Farm.
  • If those participating in the experience do not follow the instructions provided by our team, the experience will end immediately.
  • The welfare of our animals is paramount therefore we reserve the right to cancel the experience at any time.
  • The time slot selected is for your Experience, therefore you are welcome to arrive anytime from 9.30am on the day of your visit.
  • A maximum of 3 people can participate in this experience at any one time from the same party.
  • Party deals cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and no additional discounts will be added.

Reptile Experience Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum age — 6 years. 
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult for the duration of the experience. 
  • For this experience you will need to wear trousers and closed toe shoes. 
  • Bookings must be made 2 weeks or more in advance. 
  • Experience not suitable to anyone allergic to animal fur, dust or animal bedding such as hay and straw. 
  • Allergies of the child or accompanying adults must be declared during the booking journey. 
  • Reptiles will be provided live food during this experience, such as mealworms. 
  • Fee includes entry into Godstone Farm. 
  • If those participating in the experience do not follow the instructions provided by our team, the experience will end immediately. 
  • The welfare of our animals is paramount therefore we reserve the right to cancel the experience at any time. 
  • The time slot selected is for your Reptile Experience, therefore you are welcome to arrive anytime from 9.30am on the day of your visit. 
  • A maximum of 2 people can participate in this experience at any one time from the same party. 
  • Party deals cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and no additional discounts will be added.

Farmer Experience Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum age — 4 years.
  • Maximum age — 9 years.
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult for the duration of the experience.
  • Bookings must be made 2 weeks or more in advance.
  • When booking for multiple children on the discounted rates, all children will be required to attend the same session. Bookings for multiple children on different dates will be charged £99 per child.
  • Experience not suitable to anyone allergic to animal fur, dust or animal bedding such as hay and straw.
  • Allergies of the child or accompanying adults must be declared on the booking form.
  • We apologise wheelchair users will be unable to collect eggs from the aviaries.
  • Fee includes entry for one accompanying adult per Farmer Experience child, other guests and siblings will be charged the regular admission price.
  • Activities advertised are a guide and are subject to change.  Ensure you inform us on booking if the child would like to spend more time with a particular animal and we will try to tailor make the experience as much as possible.
  • Party deals cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and no additional discounts will be added.

Goat Experience Terms and Conditions 

  • Minimum age — 4 years. 
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult for the duration of the experience. 
  • Everyone attending must have a ticket for the experience. 
  • For this experience you will need to wear the appropriate footwear i.e. wellies or boots. 
  • Bookings must be made 2 weeks or more in advance. 
  • Experience not suitable to anyone allergic to animal fur, dust or animal bedding such as hay and straw. 
  • A minimum of 2 people are required for the experience to take place. 
  • A maximum of 6 people can participate per time slot. 
  • Allergies of the child or accompanying adults must be declared during the booking journey. 
  • We apologise wheelchair users will be unable to enter the enclosures. 
  • Fee includes entry into Godstone Farm. 
  • If those participating in the experience do not follow the instructions provided by our team, the experience will end immediately. 
  • The welfare of our animals is paramount therefore we reserve the right to cancel the experience at any time. 
  • The time slot selected is for your Goat Experience, therefore you are welcome to arrive anytime from 9.30am on the day of your visit. 
  • A maximum of 6 people can participate in this experience at any one time from the same party. 
  • Party deals cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and no additional discounts will be added. 

Tiny Tots Experience Terms and Conditions 

  • For Ages 1 – 4years. 
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult for the duration of the experience. 
  • For this experience you will need to wear trousers and closed toe shoes. 
  • Bookings must be made 48 hours or more in advance. 
  • Experience not suitable to anyone allergic to animal fur, dust, or animal bedding such as hay and straw. 
  • Allergies of the child or accompanying adults must be declared during the booking journey. 
  • Fee includes entry into Godstone Farm. 
  • If those participating in the experience do not follow the instructions provided by our team, the experience will end immediately. 
  • The welfare of our animals is paramount therefore we reserve the right to cancel the experience at any time. 
  • The time slot selected is for your Tiny Tots Experience, therefore you are welcome to arrive anytime from 9.30am on the day of your visit. 
  • A maximum of 2 people can participate in this experience at any one time from the same party. 
  • Party deals cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and no additional discounts will be added. 

 

Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

  • Parties are a minimum of 8 children, parties with under 8 will be charged for 8 children.
  • Party prices are for children aged 1+.
  • Additional adults will be charged at £11/£14 per adult when paid for as a part of the party.  Additional guests paying for themselves on arrival will be subject to regular farm entry fees.
  • The birthday child and siblings will be included in the total number of children.  If you do not wish to pay for siblings please ensure you leave them off your total numbers and guest list. Please inform members of your party they will need to purchase tickets in advance via the Godstone Farm website.
  • Guests with passes – pass holders attending a Birthday party are subject to the full party fee due to items  included in the party.
  • Guest lists must include the names of adults and children, please indicate if they are an adult or a child during the booking journey.
  • If individuals are not included in the pre-paid party and not on the guests list, will need to purchase a ticket for entry via the Godstone Farm website.
  • If you do not submit your guest list to us, you’ll be required to wait in the car park until your full party is here to enter the farm. You’ll also be given chicken bites as a default meal choice.
  • Food allergies must be stated during the booking journey.  Some items are ordered in especially so may not be available if not pre-ordered.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Should you wish to add any additional children or adults to your booking, please contact us on 01883 742546.
  • Any changes to your party options must be submitted in writing to havefun@godstonefarm.co.uk.
  • Once full payment has been received, your Birthday Party Package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Birthday Party tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If a member of your party is unable to attend, as per our terms and conditions, tickets are non-refundable.
  • Payment must be made in one lump sum. Multiple payments will not be accepted.
  • Reserved space or time slot within our Indoor Playbarn is not included with a Birthday Party package, and is subject to availability on the day.
  • Our Party Barns are unable to accommodate an entertainer.
  • Godstone Farm is predominantly an outside attraction, please come dressed appropriately for the weather.
  • Party deals cannot be used in conjunction with another offer and no additional discounts will be added.
  • Picnic barns are allocated on the number of children attending. Parents cannot be guaranteed a seat in the picnic barn.
  • Godstone Farm reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
  • Godstone farm reserve the right to refuse entry, anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Private Hire Terms and Conditions

  • 10 working days prior to your party please provide us with a guest list including the names of all of the children and adults that will be attending.
  • No refunds will be given after payment.
  • The number of children in your party should also include any siblings who will be attending.
  • Organisers may arrive half an hour before the start of the party.
  • Guests will be checked off the guest list as they arrive as asked to wait for the Duty Manager to collect the group at the start of the party.
  • Guests wishing to visit the farm prior to the party will be asked to pay the regular admission fee.
  • Food allergies must be stated in the guest list. Some items are ordered in especially so may not be available if not pre-ordered.
  • Full payment will be required at the time of booking. Four weeks’ notice is required to change the date of your party without charge.
  • Payment must be made in one lump sum. Multiple payments will not be accepted.
  • Godstone Farm reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
  • Godstone farm reserve the right to refuse entry, anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • If the Outdoor Play Area is booked and wet weather is due, the private hire will still go ahead, the Play Barn will NOT be given as a substitute.

School Visits Terms and Conditions 

  • Group rates apply for a minimum group size of 20 children. Groups with less than 20 will be required to pay the minimum of 20 children. Allowances are made for groups with disabilities, please mention this at the time of booking. 
  • Children are payable aged 1+, children under one are free of charge. 
  • Price includes one free adult per five children. Teachers, class assistants, adult helpers etc. will be included in your total number of adults.  Additional adults are chargeable at £9.25 per person. 
  • Children and adults with Annual Passes are not exempt from group admission fees and must be included in your total number of children. 
  • Bookings must be made in advance. 
  • No deposit required. 
  • Invoices will be raised ahead of your visit, and payment is required 10 working days before your visit. 
  • Payment must be made before visiting the farm. 
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • If you will not be arriving together we will also require a group list ahead of your visit. Should we not receive your group list; visitors will be asked to wait at admissions until the whole group has arrived. 
  • Opening times are 10am-6pm in high season. Suggested time of arrival is from 9.45am, if you arrive earlier you may need to wait for your schools team member. Activities to start by 10.30am, your arrival time will determine the activities booked. 
  • Activities are subject to availability and will continue in most weathers. 
  • School bookings include the hire of a picnic area. 
  • The picnic area is allocated on the number of children attending. Adults and parents cannot be guaranteed a seat in the picnic barn. 
  • Schools visits do not include the Indoor Playbarn & Wiglet’s Play Village. 
  • Pre-Visit Risk Assessments to be carried out during state school term time only – not the weekends and you will be required to wear you school ID badge. Please note any children visiting with you during your pre-visit assessment will be asked to pay the regular admission fee. 
  • If you book for classes less than 30 we may need to discuss merging your classes, our team work on a 1:30 ratio. 
  • Payment is required 10 working days before your visit. Once a booking has been created, an invoice is then raised with details on how to pay. We do accept card payments, cheques or a bank transfer. If payment hasn’t been received 10 working days before the visit, a 10% charge will be added to the invoice. 
  • In the event you need to cancel this will need to be done at least 10 days prior to your visit, if it is after 10 days a 10% admin fee will be applied and the outstanding balance will be issued as a credit note. 

Nursery Visit Terms and Conditions

  • Price includes one free adult per child. Teachers, class assistants, adult helpers etc. will be included in your total number of adults.  Additional adults are chargeable at £9.25 per person. 
  • Minimum of 8 children required for this group booking. 
  • Children and adults with Annual Passes are not exempt from group admission fees and must be included in your total number of children. 
  • Bookings must be made in advance. 
  • No deposit required. 
  • Payment is required 10 working days in advance. 
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • If payment is not received in full 10 working days before the visit, an additional 10% charge will be added to your invoice. 
  • If you will not be arriving together we will also require a group list ahead of your visit. Should we not receive your group list; visitors will be asked to wait at admissions until the whole group has arrived. 
  • Opening times are 9:30am – 4:45pm. Suggested time of arrival is from 9.45am, if you arrive earlier you may need to wait for your farm host. 
  • Activities are subject to availability and will continue in most weathers. 
  • The picnic barn is allocated on the number of children attending. Adults/carers and parents cannot be guaranteed a seat in the picnic barn. Some of our barns have a small step for access. 
  • Pre-Visit Risk Assessments to be carried out during state school term times only – not the weekends and you will be required to wear your school ID badge. Please note any children visiting with you during your pre-visit assessment will be asked to pay the regular admission fee. 
  • Payment is required 10 working days before your visit. Once a booking has been created, an invoice is then raised with details on how to pay. We do accept card payments, cheques or a bank transfer. If payment hasn’t been received 10 working days before the visit, a 10% charge will be added to the invoice. 
  • In the event you need to cancel this will need to be done at least 10 days prior to your visit, if it is after 10 days a 10% admin fee will be applied and the outstanding balance will be issued as a credit note. 

 

 

Home Educator Day Terms and Conditions

  • Children are payable aged 1+, children under one are free of charge.
  • Price includes one free adult per family. Additional adults are chargeable at £9.25 per person.
  • Bookings and payment must be made in advance. No on the day bookings will be available for our Home Educator Days.
  • No deposit required.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • To be entitled to our Educational rate, you may need to provide proof of home schooling.
  • Opening times are 10am-6pm in high season. Suggested time of arrival is from 9.45am, if you arrive earlier you may need to wait for your schools team member. Activities to start by 10.30am, your arrival time will determine the activities booked.
  • Activities are subject to availability and will continue in most weathers. Timings will be provided on the day of your visit.
  • Home Educator Days do not include entry into the Indoor Playbarn or Wiglet’s Play Village.

In School/Nursery Visits Terms and Conditions

  • Maximum of 35 children per session.
  • A supervising adult from the School must be present during each session, to supervisor and manage behaviour.
  • Hand washing facilities with soap and warm water must be available at every session.
  • Each session needs to be held in a space big enough for the animals to be out on the floor. The sessions are only suitable for an indoor environment.
  • A parking space will need to be provided on-site for one vehicle (for Godstone Farm staff.)
  • Invoices will be raised ahead of your visit, and payment is required 10 working days before your visit.
  • Payment must be made before our team will attend.
  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Animals are subject to availability.
  • Risk Assessments are available to download.
  • Payment is required 10 working days before your visit. Once a booking has been created, an invoice is then raised with details on how to pay. We do accept card payments, cheques, or a bank transfer. If payment hasn’t been received 10 working days before the visit, a 10% charge will be added to the invoice.
  • In the event you need to cancel this will need to be done at least 10 days prior to your visit if it is after 10 days a 10% admin fee will be applied and the outstanding balance will be issued as a credit note.
  • In the event that Godstone Farm Ltd have to cancel a visit you will be offered either a new date or a full refund.
  • If your school is more than 10 miles away we will be in contact prior to your visit via email to adjust arrival and session times accordingly.
  • If your school is more than 10 miles away from Godstone Farm, you will be charged 50p per mile.
  • Godstone Farm reserve the right to cancel active sessions if they are made to feel uncomfortable or inappropriate language or behaviour is demonstrated. Abuse to our staff will not be tolerated. In the event of this a refund will not be given.

The Experience:

  • The Meet Father Christmas Experience is for a family maximum of 4 children in each timeslot with a maximum of 2 adults per slot. Additional children under 1 year of age may attend free of charge but will not get a gift.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+ at all times, children must not be left unaccompanied at any time.
  • Please do not ONLY purchase adult tickets for our Christmas Experience, you will need to purchase at least one child ticket for the experience, including for babies under one. Adults unaccompanied by a child will not be permitted.
  • Buggies are not permitted inside Father Christmas Experience.
  • Each child will be taken to the Elves’ toy store where they can choose any one gift. Father Christmas is unable to give pre-purchased gifts.
  • Godstone Farm reserves the right to refuse entry.
  • Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated; you will be told to leave the site and no refund given.
  • Please arrive on time, missed time slots will be re-booked subject to availability.

 

Pricing:

  • Daytime visits include your entry to the farm, the play barn and cookie decorating.
  • Dusk visits are Father Christmas visit only and do not include entry to the farm, the play barn or the cookie & craft area.
  • Children with disabilities may bring a carer free of charge, your carer’s card or proof of disability must be presented along with your confirmation on arrival.
  • Under 1’s are free when accompanying a full paying child.  Parents wishing to visit Father Christmas with a child aged under one, without an older child, will be asked to pay for a ‘child (Under 1) – If Present is Required’ ticket, please note gifts will be suitable for children aged 1 plus.

 

Booking and Confirmation:

  • Bookings are taken in 2.5 minute time slots however your experience will last between 15 & 20 minutes.
  • Selected timeslot must be pre-booked prior to your experience.
  • Same day online bookings are not available.
  • On the day bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.  On the day bookings are to be made in the Photobooth and we can advise over the telephone what availability there is.
  • Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
  • Your confirmation will be emailed to you within 48 hours of booking.
  • Printed or electronic confirmations must be handed/shown to the till operator at the time of admission.
  • Tickets are non transferrable and non refundable.
  • Confirmation email addresses will be added to the Godstone Farm newsletter to receive news, promotions and information of other events and will not be passed onto third parties.
  • In the event of snow, please check the website, facebook page or call 01883 742546.  Refunds will only be given if the farm is inaccessible and closed to the public, should this be the case you will be contacted by a member of the team to arrange your refund on re-opening.
