Goats
As you meander around the farm trail, you’ll find an interesting selection of goats, including pygmy goats, Golden Guernseys, Boer goats and mountain goats. You’ll often find adorable goat kids skipping around and at the time of writing you’ll even find a rare set of quadruplets who were born at the farm in April. You can feed the goats through special feeding chutes with animal feed that can be purchased at your time of booking. (Don’t worry if you forget to buy when booking as there is ample stock for sale in the lovely Gift Shop.)

Geckos
Head into the Reptile House and you’ll discover a world of reptiles and other exotic creatures! From slithering snakes to curious geckos, this area offers a more unusual side of the animal kingdom – perfect for mini adventures, with a thirst for knowledge and a love of the wild!
Guinea pigs
Check out your welcome leaflet for animal interaction timings. If you’re at the farm at these times you may be able to join in with feeding some of our animals, under staff supervision. You may be able to get up close to fascinating creatures such as guinea pigs, did you know that guinea pigs communicate with each other by making distinctive sounds including various squeaks, chortles, quiet grunts and other sounds. Their ‘wheek wheek’ sound is usually a sign of excitement or anticipation of seeing a friend, and you may hear a low purring sound when they are happy and content within a group.

Gift Shop
The award winning Gift Shop at Godstone Farm is a ‘must do’ before you head home for local produce, gifts and sweet treats. You might even find a cuddly goat or a gecko plushie as a memento of your day.
In the Gift Shop, you’ll find a fabulous range of local product. We’ve recently introduce a great new range of Surrey Honey, produced by Reigate Beekeepers. Local honey is said to be brilliant for helping to relieve hayfever – which you might be suffering from at this time of year. It’s also recommended as a remedy for coughs and sore throats, rather than using over the counter medicines.

So whether you’re making memories while watching or feeding the goats, discovering geckos in The Reptile House, exploring the farm trail or discovering a new piece of play equipment in The Play Barn or adventure playground, Godstone Farm offers so much more than your average farm park. Pack your bag, grab the kids and head to Godstone Farm – where G is for goats, geckos, guinea pigs, Godstone, Gift Shop… and a great family day out!
