Since opening its doors as an educational farm for school children, we have developed into the farm you see today.
With active learning through wholesome fun, you can anticipate unique SEND visits in Surrey for people living in the surrounding areas of Sussex and Kent.

SEND ACTIVITIES
Choose two of the following activities for your SEND Group to enjoy during the afternoon of your visit with us:
- Meet the Animals – A chance to meet and interact with some of our smaller animals.
- Meet the Reptiles – Get to know some of our reptiles from our Reptile House.
- Pig Feeding – Come and meet our wonderful pigs and feed them some treats!
- Duck Feeding – Feed our ducks and learn a little about them.
- Planting – looking at the process of growing a seed, then plant some in our garden!
- Pony Feeding – Meet our Ponies, learn a little about them and see if they would like some tasty treats!
- Children are payable aged 1+, children under one are free of charge.
- Price includes one free adult per child. Teachers, class assistants, adult helpers etc. will be included in your total number of adults. Additional adults are chargeable at £9.25 per person off peak & £10.25 per person peak times.
- Children and adults with Annual Passes are not exempt from group admission fees and must be included in your total number of children.
- Bookings must be made in advance.
- No deposit required.
- Payment is required 10 working days in advance.
- If payment is not received in full 10 working days before the visit, an additional 10% charge will be added to your invoice.
- If you will not be arriving together we will also require a group list ahead of your visit. Should we not receive your group list; visitors will be asked to wait at admissions until the whole group has arrived.
- Opening times are 9:30am – 4:45pm. Suggested time of arrival is from 9.45am, if you arrive earlier you may need to wait for your farm host.
- Activities are subject to availability and will continue in most weathers.
- *Hog’stacle Course is subject to availability available between Easter and October due to ground conditions.
- The picnic barn is allocated on the number of children attending. Adults/carers and parents cannot be guaranteed a seat in the picnic barn. Some of our barns have a small step for access.
- Pre-Visit Risk Assessments to be carried out during state school term times only – not the weekends and you will be required to wear your school ID badge. Please note any children visiting with you during your pre-visit assessment will be asked to pay the regular admission fee.
Payment:
Payment is required 10 working days before your visit. Once a booking has been created, an invoice is then raised with details on how to pay. We do accept card payment, cheques or a bank transfer. If payment hasn’t been received 10 working days before the visit, a 10% charge will be added to the invoice.
