Hello, my name is Emma and I am the new Visitor Experience Manager at Godstone Farm.
I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself, but to also share with you my journey at Godstone Farm so far!
Having only joined the team recently, my induction has immersed me into the world of Godstone Farm! If you have visited this summer, you may have seen me around the farm, either serving hot drinks from Wiglets or selling our animal feed and wonderful treats from the Gift Shop.
I have also spent the day with our Farm team, cleaning out pens and feeding the animals. Our horse Georgia was showing me how things are done when walking her from the field to Top Barn. Patricia was very vocal during our Pig Feed, whilst I have grown fond of Crunchie and Cookie our very friendly guinea pigs.
The Godstone Farm team have been friendly and really welcomed me to the farm. They are extremely knowledgeable and do a lot to look after all our animals and guests.
It is great to be interacting with visitors again and being part of your Godstone Farm experience. Having worked at visitor attractions before, being involved in creating memories for our guests is the reason I applied. I am also family orientated and enjoy active days out – another reason this role felt right for me!
There are a lot of plans for the farm, and I am thrilled to be part of this and to bring you on the journey with us. Announcements and the latest information are available on the Godstone Farm website or via our social media pages.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact myself or the team via havefun@godstonefarm.co.uk.
I look forward to meeting you at a future visit to Godstone Farm!
Emma
