Our Elves have been working hard to keep the magic of Christmas alive this year with an experience close to those of Christmas’ past, but of course we’ve made some subtle changes to ensure we can keep everyone safe.
This year our Christmas Visit returns with all the usual farmyard fun and a truly festive visit to see Father Christmas. However, we have tailored our Christmas on the Farm experience for SEND children on Wednesday 16th December 2020.
Our SEND Christmas experience is for a family or family bubble, for up to three children per slot. We will have Christmassy lights, but no loud music playing, to create a calm and relaxing, yet stimulating environment.
One of our friendly elves will accompany you through our scenic walk-through before meeting Father Christmas himself. Each child will receive a marvellous present of their choice from the elves’ toy shop.
The price for the SEND Christmas Adventure is £15 for each child within your group. The maximum amount of children per session is three. Two adults will be able to accompany each child. You will need to book a ‘Free Carer Adult’ ticket for each adult, this is a zero value ticket and ensures we include you in our capacity. Additional children under the age of one can attend free of charge, however they will not receive a gift. Please ensure everyone in your party has a valid ticket for entry to the farm, due to our limited capacity.
During the booking, when prompted, please provide us with the relevant information to help with your visit. For example, do you require the main lights to be on, and no music available throughout your Father Christmas experience.
Bookings for the experience is every 15 minutes instead of 2.5 minutes, to provide you with enough time with Father Christmas, as well as enabling us time to complete the relevant cleaning between each session. Please note, we only have a limited number of sessions available for this experience. This ticket only includes entry to the Christmas Experience, and doesn’t include farm entry.
Ahead of your visit on 16th December, we will send you photos of our Christmas event, so that you may familiarise your child with what to expect, if this would be helpful.
